HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Hope all is well in your world, and things stay that way. The Reserve Bank has kept interest rates on hold, and atthemoment some ofthe30 Lenders I represent have some great deals going on fixed rates. From 6.99% for 3 years, and 7.32% for a 5 year fixed interest rates.

Do the lenders know something the Reserve Bank doesn’t?

Not even the banks can seem to agree.

Today I have included a link to another great speaker on the TED.com series.

Julian Treasure – 5 Ways to Listen Better (Video below)

As you know in our occupations, we do have to talk-the-talk, and walk-the-walk. But being able to listen is just as if not more important. He has five techniques to improve your listening, and well worth the 7 ½ minutes to watch.

A bit more about Julian Treasure

Julian Treasure is the chair of the Sound Ageny, a firm that advises worldwide businesses — offices, retailers, hotels — on how to use sound. He asks us to pay attention to the sounds that surround us. How do they make us feel: productive, stressed, energized, and acquisitive?

Treasure is the author of the book Sound Business and keeps a blog by the same name that ruminates on aural matters (and offers a nice day-by-day write-up of TED Global 2009). In the early 1980s, Treasure was the drummer for the Fall-influenced band Transmitters.

Have a Great Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!
