Happy Friday to one and all, and may a great weekend follow!!

It has been a busy little week here at Fraser Financial Services, and I must say that this week seeing the joy of one of my customers when they moved into their first home, put a great smile on my face. They purchased their property for a good price, and the settlement and handover were as smooth as silk.

This week I also put an application in for a lady looking to purchase her home, and get out of the “circle of nowhere” paying rent. With a good deposit, she was watching this money frittering away, and now when she purchases her new property she will be paying half of what she now pays in rent. She wanted thesecurity of knowing exactly how much her repayments would be for the next 3 years, and I have her locked in at 6.29%, and with no on-going fees for the life of the loan. She is excited with the anticipation of buying her own property, decorating it her own way, and from now on, no more rental inspections!

These are the sort of things that really put the satisfaction into working at Fraser Financial Services. I see when our vehicle finance expert,Steve Farmer, hands over the car to his customers, not only can Steve organize the finance, but also helped sourcethevehicle through our network of vehicle brokers!

Here at Fraser’s it is best deal for you, first-time every-time!

This week I have a video fromtheTED.com series, Pamela Meyer, “How to Spot a Liar”. Funny entertaining and she even analyses President Bill Clinton. She is not all about being a lie spotter, but more on valuing the truth.

“On any given day we’re lied to from 10 to 200 times, and the clues to detect those lie can be subtle and counter-intuitive. Pamela Meyer, author of Liespotting, shows the manners and “hotspots” used by those trained to recognize deception — and she argues honesty is a value worth preserving.”
