HAPPY FRIDAY – 26TH October 2012

Lately articles seem to be appearing at a more regular rate predicting a turn around in property prices in 2013.

New home constructions are expected to increase in 2013, and with the property market at record low prices, the time to get into the market is now! More than ever low interest rates are making the chance to buy your own home easier than ever, or get hold of that investment property; with the shortage of rental properties at present there are some great returns for your investment.

Once the market picks up:- so will prices so maybe it is time to start looking before it’s too late.

The best way to look for a property, is with the confidence of a pre-approval, so you can go in, make offers and know exactly where you stand.

Contact me here at Fraser Financial Services, and I can organize a pre-approval for you with one of our 40 lenders. We have all the lenders on board, great rates, Full Doc, Lo Doc, even some lenders who will take in credit defaults. We also can provide a service that can help you get your credit defaults removed.

Let me have a look at your situation, and see what we can do for you, and get you into the property market at the right time, and avoid the  “Woulda, coulda, shoulda ’s”.

Pre-approved and ready to buy, another bargaining chip in your property buying arsenell!!!!

Also for something different on a Friday I have a short talk from Matt Cutts, a motivational talk about away to change your life, “Try Something New For 30 Days”. It is pretty motivational, and may even inspire you.

“The next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not, so why not think about something you have always wanted to try and give it a shot for the next 30 days?” (Matt Cutts)

Matt Cutts started his career when working on his Phd at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Matt got his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky and Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. At 2007 PubCon, Cutts stated that his field of study was computer science; he then moved into the field of information retrieval, and search engines after taking two outside classes from the university’s Information and Library Science department. Before working at the Search Quality group at Google, Cutts worked at the ads engineering group and SafeSearch, Google’s family filter. There he earned the nickname “porn cookie guy” by giving his wife’s homemade cookies to any Googler who provided an example of unwanted pornography in the search results.

Cutts is one of the co-inventors listed upon a Google patent related to search engines and web spam, which was the first to publicly propose using historical data to identify link spam.
